Book a Class for Your School

As part of CrossFit 168’s High School Sports Program, we offer one-hour group training sessions at our Kingsgrove location. The workouts are a fun and unique way for your class to bond out of the classroom and develop an appreciation for exercise.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to be suitable for people of all ages, fitness levels and athletic background. The sessions can be adapted to any group size and fitness level.
