A variety of movement practices suitable for all fitness levels. From gymnastics to weightlifting to cardio, every exercise can be tailored to the individual’s ability. Classes are run in a strictly ego-free, supportive and encouraging environment.

Weightlifting(1 Hour Class)
A class focused purely on the two Olympic lifts – the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Weights stay light and focus is on breaking down the techniques of these two lifts. Run by head coach and 2017 National Gold medalist & Australian Representative, Parisa Hayeri.
Conditioning (1/2 Hour Class)

Want a break from the strength training and gymnastics? Or just short on time?
These 30 minute conditioning sessions are high intensity workouts designed to get you sweating, with no weights or high skill movements. Suitable for any fitness level as everyone can work at their own pace!
Yoga (1 Hour Class)
Switch your mind off, relax, and let yourself unwind in this one hour, Ashtanga/Vinyasa Restorative Yoga. Your mind and body will thank you for it, after all the training you’ll be doing throughout the week!
