CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to be suitable for people of all ages, fitness levels and athletic backgrounds.
CrossFit consists of a number of movements including strength-based, gymnastics-based and cardio-based exercises, ALL of which are taught under the guidance and supervision of an experienced coach, and all of which can – and will – be tailored to suit each individual’s ability and experience.
At 168 we pride ourselves on the family friendly community we have built and love to welcome new members as they begin their fitness journey. With members ranging from 13 years old through to 63 years old, you can rest assured that you will be looked after, regardless of what stage you are at with your training.
